WIVES--have you ever thrown your wedding ring?

My hubby and I were driving home from a party one night, we were arguing, he made some comment ( I don't remember what exactly) about the cost of my wedding ring so I took it off and threw it out the window. He pulled over, spent hours and hours on his hands and knees looking for it in the dark and I ended up walking home. So he gets home after the sun has come up and he has my ring. He comes walking right up to me, nose to nose, and practically breaks my hand putting it back on. He told me if I ever did that again he'd throw me out the window too.
