Creative ways to tell family and friends your pregnant?

I always liked the episode of Full House when Becky told the family she was pregnant...they played charades and she drew out a piece of cheese, then 1/2, then a bottle of ink, then a baby doll. So when you sound it out, it says "she's having a baby".
