I have boneless chicken breasts and need a recipe?

i don't have alot to work with just your basic spices breadcrums and stuff like that i have a few diff dressings i have one called catalina dressing it smells good but i don't know how good it would be with chicken i was hoping to make barbecue chicken but found that i have no barbecue sause any suggestions?
