Best Thing I Ever Ate - Barbecued Oysters?

I caught an episode of "Best Thing I Ever Ate - barbecued edition" on the food network channel and one chef guy talked about amazing barbecued oysters at a restaurant. I can't find what restaurant or even what city it was in! Any idea on how to find out some info.. even the name of the guy talking about it on the show? Thanks.
